• Subsequent sessions (60 min): $295

• We are a private-pay Functional Medicine practice
• We do not accept insurance for the sessions
• All session fees are the responsibility of the patient
• Lab partners may accept insurance for some of your lab tests
• Cash receipt provided

• Payment due in full at booking to hold your
